Solo Real Estate, a small, independent Philadelphia brokerage and property management company, attracts loyal and devoted clients. But they struggled with how to best tell their story to new customers.
I worked with Solo as a digital strategist to help them better share their message. Using website analytic data to guide my understanding of current site behavior, I sought to both increase the amount of time spent on pages, and to decrease the bounce rate. These two indices revealed that users were not discovering enough meaningful, actionable content after arriving at the site.
Correspondingly, I studied the level of social media engagement with Solo’s various content as well as performing a competitive analysis of related websites. This research led to me to conclude that we should build a page for press listings. Solo routinely lists unique, noteworthy properties which garner the attention of local media. The goal of the page would be to both to build confidence in potential clients and as a platform to share news with existing customers.
I developed low and high fidelity wireframes and communicated product requirements to Paragraph, the agency responsible for site development and maintenance.
The page is currently in development, and I look forward to analyzing how users interact with the new content.
